Bunn Gear Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of Bunn Gear products—particularly the Command Center and its personalized top cuts—orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, production begins and your order is considered final. No cancellations or refunds will be issued after the 24-hour window.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Your return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

The product is unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be returned in its original packaging and carrying bags.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@bunngear.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
⚠️ Please Note: Customized items (e.g., Command Center tops with specific cuts) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately upon delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and work with you to either repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Re-check your bank or credit card statement.

Contact your credit card company or bank—processing delays may occur.

Sale Items
All discounted or sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or returns.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, email contact@bunngear.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you:

You’ll receive store credit for the value of the return.

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, a refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, any return shipping charges may be deducted from your total refund.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return without proof of delivery.
